Atkins
Ok so I started Atkins in order to get over this weight plateau that I have been at do about 6 months.
I started the new Induction phase, but I considered skipping it as by all accounts it really messes with any workouts you do. Fatigue etc as your body adjusts to burning fat as a primary fuel.
So far I have tan twice, the first run was a sluggish start. The finish was strong though and I actually felt I was holding back.
The seconds run, (today) was much better (about a minute reduction over 2 miles). I didn’t hold back as much.
The only noticeable change, is that (TMI alert)I seem to sweat more.. Which I assume means I am creating more heat to break apart and burn fat.
